For product samples setup, purchased for experimental or evaluation purposes. TSPRFID considers it NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
Routine Order Production
We provide full quality guarantee for the ordered goods, Please check the goods received and feedback the defective within thirty (30) days,
For the defective goods the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we will cover the re-production cost and the delivery cost send again to you.
For the defective due to worng encoding, after printing, we will not treat it as product defective.
